ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?

Yes! We often times have same day appointments available with convenient hours, please call 602-308-8788 to schedule an appointment online.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are suite 110 at 3104 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix Arizona 85016. You will find us conveniently located on ground floor of the Heritage Park Medical Plaza building across the street from the ACE Hardware shopping plaza at the corner of 32nd and E. Indian School Rd.

 
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

2. Online on our site

Both new and established patients can book an appointment online by clicking “Book an Appointment” from our homepage or here (https://aryafootandankle.com/book-an-appointment/) Setting up an appointment is easy and you’ll receive and email from our appointment that you can sync with your calendar. It is also easy to confirm and cancel from our site.

3. Patient Portal

If you have received and onpatient portal invitation and registered for our portal, you can easily online at https://www.onpatient.com/.

CAN I MESSAGE WITH THE DOCTOR OR STAFF?

If you have a medical emergency, you should dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Otherwise, you can reach us through direct messaging via the onpatient message center. Onpatient is a HIPPAA complaint message system that will protect your personal health information (PHI). Click https://www.onpatient.com/ to access the onpatient message center.

 
DO YOU SEE INFANTS AND CHILDREN? WHAT ABOUT ELDERLY PERSONS?

Dr. Arya sees all ages of patients for their foot and ankle needs.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?

Yes! Dr. Arya makes a hand molded orthotic for many patients to create the best possible fit and function for efficient gait during daily and athletic activities. She custom crafts this to meet the individual needs of each and every patient.

 
WHERE CAN I SEE MY BILL AND HOW CAN I PAY IT?

While you can always get a statement from our office, we encourage our patients to view and pay balances online through the onpatient portal. This portal is accessible directly at www.onpatient.com. There’s an app for onpatient that you can download from your app store. Credit and debit cards are accepted online 24/7. At Arya Foot & Ankle you can also pay in person by check, cash, credit card, debit card, and sometimes HSA, FSA or HRA cards. If you have any questions, please let us know.

I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After we obtain your basic information we will ask for your insurance information. We use your insurance information to check your eligibility to see that you insurance is contracted with our office and if you have co-insurance, co-pay or deductible that needs to be paid. We aim to obtain insurance verification PRIOR to your visit in order to be transparent about any cost you may to incur. When you arrive we will need your insurance card and ID.
